Home – – L’Abeille!!! This is a return I must do as Chef Moret continues to expose our palates to exceptional cuisine that’s always perfection personified. Words fail me, as each return brings about a new and fantastic innovation. Chef Moret’s continued stroke of genius is an experience you shouldn’t miss as his over the top and out of this world precision is my “Eternal Recurrence.” So here’s the evening captured in photos, ah but you MUST experience L’Abeille in person.

And without missing a beat the AMAZING TEAM who keeps everything flawless, with perfect timing and great hospitality, made the return even more enjoyable as we all had a chance to catch up and have a few laughs once we shut down the restaurant!!!!

I couldn’t post this experience without including a photo of Mr. Joseph Desserprix, whose impeccable professionalism and sincere hospitality always makes for a highly anticipated return. Although Mr. Desserprix was away the evening of our 2017 return, our email exchanges kept us in close touch until we arrived and once we departed. Thank you Joseph — see you soon!!!

I end this post of exceptional cuisine, outstanding service and a heartfelt return to home with what I consider to be the exception, and a gesture of sincere gratitude from Chef Moret.
