Ceto, ABOVE It ALL!!!

There are places in this world where fantasy becomes reality, and reality becomes fantasy. When you learn to balance the blurred lines – – you flourish and life begins!

It was the last night in Monaco where I had one of those amazing and unforgettable experiences at Ceto in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France. Located in The Maybourne Rivera, an unbelievable spot where Vista Palace once called home, is one of the most sublime spaces one could desire to experience. High above Monaco with views so amazing one has to give in to and accept the endless pleasures that exist in the world, especially when you experience these pleasures, on this level, in the clouds. All I could say after experiencing this place, was WOW and yes, I’ll be back!!!!

Starting off the evening with a gorgeous sunset and watching several glasses of rosé seamlessly become part of the natural horizon was absolutely breathtaking. Bastien meticulously poured the perfect glass every time and Etienne serving the first of several mind-blowing amuse-bouche, captured the essences of what would be for an evening unlike any other. Who could ask for more? Well….ME – – and that’s exactly what’s happened….MORE!!!!

Chef Andrea Moscardino gave an amazing representation of what is to be offered at Ceto. Through his brilliant selection of fresh seasonal ingredients, the dinner set forth was just simply out of this world – – I truly felt transformed with the setting and Chef’s masterfully command and control of each dish. Thank you Chef Andrea Moscardino. Your precision and executions were and are simply amazing. And huge thank yous to your entire team as they were definitely on their game and it showed through in each dish. So looking forward to doing this again and again!!!!

To Sébastien, Bastien, Etienne and the entire team, you all were absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for making the first experience at Ceto an unforgettable one and for setting the bar so high. As promised……..we are set for a repeat!!!!!
