L’Abeille

The stars are aligning!!!  Chef Moret made an incredible impact on my palate when we first met at Lasserre.  I vowed to follow wherever he decided to go as long as his passion wasn’t compromised and I wouldn’t have to fly more that 7 hours to dine.  And so I did, as I had the opportunity to return to L’Abeille for another amazing and somewhat cosmic dining experience.  Just in case you missed the first visit, here it is: L”Abeille 2015.

This return was everything I anticipated with an extra helping of outstanding service and hospitality.  There were several new faces which soon became familiar ones and well known ones that welcomed us back in the most gracious and hospitable way.

Here’s why Chef Moret leads and I follow, and why this is a two Michelin Star!!!

To the entire staff whose impeccable service and cohesiveness synced with Chef’s precise cuisine, we thank you and look forward to seeing all of you very soon.  And a special thanks to Emma, who stayed in constant touch with me since last year and Jean-François who remembered us as soon as we walked in.  Alain and Maxime, it was great meeting the two of you and we look forward to seeing you during our next visit.  And of course to Mr. Joseph Desserprix, restaurant manager, who’s professionalism and very approachable demeanor made for a rapturous evening.
