The much anticipated return has finally manifested. I’ve been so excited to step back into a world of superior cuisine, outstanding service and a legacy that evolves while maintaining a special atmosphere of authenticity.
La Tour d’Argent has always delivered, and this night was particularly special as I had the chance to enjoy reliving past experiences. The newly renovated dining space with its cutting edge contemporary design was breathtaking. Displaying a kind of understated elegance that I live for and always enjoy when executed in such a flawless and effortless manner.
To know and recognize the hard work and dedication behind the scene makes all the difference, especially when one enters such a coveted and special place. It gives me tremendous pleasure to have such an amazing experience, as I always appreciated and revered those who give so much. One of France’s Best Craftsmen
– Trained by Eric Frechon at the Bristol, Christian Constant at the Crillon, Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV and also by Jean-Louis Nomicos at the Grande Cascade, Yannick Franques passed through the Château Saint-Martin in Vence where he obtained two stars in the Michelin Guide and then through the Réserve de Beaulieu. He joined the Tour d’Argent in 2019, where he has worked since then as Executive Chef. – La Tour d’Argent
