Having several opportunities to experience the cuisine of Chef Rudy Saderi at Giacomo was splendid. From the initial, to the final dinner there was always something special to experience which never disappointed. We were always engaged and excited about the next course and planning for the next dinner. Without sharing too much of the gluttony, here are a few dishes from several dinners to whet your appetite.

It goes without saying when it comes to exceptional service, as it elevates the experience but, I must give praise and acknowledge Mr. Matteo Cappelli as his professionalism, cordiality and generosity made all the difference each time we dined and whenever we encounter him on the grounds.
