The Belvedere, Beverly Hills, CA

As I prepare for the much anticipated return to Paris and another reservation at one of my favorite dining spots, L’Oiseau Blanc, in one of my home away from home palaces, The Peninsula, I decided to stop in for dinner at The Belvedere while in Beverly Hills.

Ahhhh, PERFECTION!!!! Everything this palate has come to treasure was satisfied with amazing execution and professionalism. From being greeted and escorted to a fabulous table with a lovely view of the courtyard, the impeccable service by Sergio and last but not least – – the cuisine of Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel, which Executive Sous Chef, Jae Lee did an outstanding job executing, was absolutely sublime .

The stunning lobster flatbread with caviar and Cordon Bleu Turbot preparation had me seeing stars, Eiffel Tower Stars, as I truly felt as if I were having that unforgettable Parisian experience I always have when at L’Oiseau Blanc at The Peninsula in Paris. Simply Fantastic!!!

I’m always grateful when I experience exceptional symmetry and cohesiveness. This evening was so worth every delicious encounter!!!!

When in Beverly Hills, you must go. Ask for Sergio, ask for Chef Lee!!!! ENJOY!!!
