What happens when one of my favorite chefs recommends one of his favorite chefs???  PURE ECSTASY!!!  This was the experience at Les Tablettes as Chef Gyo Santa insisted we visit during our stay in Paris.  I must admit, the experience was sublime, so much so, we ended up visiting twice and enjoyed the second round as much as the first.  And yes, I’ve made a reservation for my 2017 return and am super excited.

Chef Nomicos, your Macaroni, truffle noire et foie gras de canard is worth a trip to Pairs alone, but the phenomenal selections surrounding this spectacular dish has made Les Tablettes our “must visit” whenever we return to Paris.

To Jennifer and Charles – – the two of you were absolutely amazing.  Some of our most treasured and inspiring experiences traveling abroad happens when we connect with those of you who are extremely professional and committed to excellence while maintaining a very open and inviting atmosphere. Thank you, thank you – – we can’t wait to return.
