Caesar Augustus – Final Dinner

As we spent time soaking in our last day touring the grounds of Caesar Augustus, we had the chance to spend time with several individuals whose assistance throughout our stay was most helpful in our enjoyment and two whom I highly recommend you contact before your arrive – – Lucia and Mimmo.

I find it most appropriate to show our favorite place to perch during the day as the evening darkness will not allow for the spectacular view.

As we glimpsed the impending sunset we ran into Mauricio with fresh mint as someone requested one of those to die for mojitos and then we watched as Mother Nature created an unforgettable once in a lifetime backdrop to paradise.

The sun has set and wines have been selected.  It’s our final meal before leaving Anacapri and as usual I’m anticipating a memorable one especially after spending time in the garden with Chef Eduardo.

As usual, I found my way to the kitchen to thank the staff as everyone was engaged in their tasks at hand and making sure all guests’ needs were met.  I especially enjoy getting a few shots of the staff taking a few moments to express their appreciation for my appreciating them.

Chef Eduardo, thank you for graciously supplying us with enough delicious food to keep the beast within pleased.  From the mid-morning breakfast, late afternoon lunches and dinner perched over the sea enjoying the sights and sounds of Capri and Anacapri – – your cuisine and inspired approached is greatly appreciated.  We are looking forward to the return and seeing what new creations you’ll wow us with.  And Alessandro – – BRAVO, my Friend – “Big Màmà” would be proud.
