Restaurant L’Olivo with two Michelin stars under the direction of Chef Andrea Migliaccio was sublime and awe inspiring. His approach to cuisine while executing simplicity and control, is to be admire; and trust me, we did. Something magical and spectacular happened during our first evening dining at L’Olivo. With several recommendations on wine from Head Sommelier, Mr. Angelo Di Constanzo (and by the way, if you want to know the wines of Campania, you need to know Angelo), we were off to what turned out to be gastronomic bliss. With exceptional service, transcendent cuisine and decor so inviting and comfortable you never want to leave – – contentment was upon us. Here are the visuals but, the real thing was hundred times more gratifying!!!! Looking forward to round two.
