Popping in for a quick lunch at the Hay Adams is always a wonderful Parisian experience I look forward to, when not spending an entire afternoon for Sunday Brunch.
The Lafayette Room’s opulence is just a hint of what’s to follow as the cuisine and hospitality speak volumes. Simplicity definitely has it’s place and I delight in the simplicity of refined bubbles, exquisite Malpeques, delicious chowder and snapper that’s delicately seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Ahhh…the simple things in life are worth every bite!!!!
