Restaurant Lasserre

My apologies for the break in posting, as there’s more to life than amazing travel, out of this world cuisine, endless delicious bottles of wine and incredible personalities who become dear friends, well not really – – THIS IS MY LIFE!!!   And what better way to pick up where I left off than with one of my all time, must dine at spots in Paris – – Lasserre!!!!

The return was all we expected and more as Chef Michel Roth’s exquisite and flawless interpretations and presentations kept us waiting for each course to take center stage.  And our dear friend and top notch sommelier Nicolas seems to always orchestrate a memorable and lasting wine pairing that makes the evening a palatable pleasure.

Once is never enough.
