Maestro Barry Douglas

After an incredible tasting at Musée Baccarat and enjoying great conversations, it was now time for lunch.  Lunch with Maestro Barry Douglas that is.  With Barry’s hectic schedule between performances around the globe and conducting his orchestra, Camerata Ireland, finding time when we’re Paris is always a wonderful time of great food, wine and catching up.  Our place of choice this time was Le Grand Colbert.  So with a little escargot, cuisse de grenouille and duck confit along with a touch of Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet the afternoon was made as we had a great time catching up and enjoying Paris!!!
