Celebrity Chef Carles Abellan adds an interesting and exciting touch to the vibe at the W with restaurant BRAVO.  After our initial welcome lunch at BRAVO, we found ourselves spending long hours enjoying the amazing view from the patio and of course the cuisine of Chef de Cuisine Luis.  I’ve often dreamed of those long endless, relaxing and uninterrupted days where all the worry is lifting a glass or painfully trying to decide which dish must I consume next – – this was the experience at BRAVO time after time.  The weight gain was well deserved and well worth it – – BRAVO Chef Luis!!!!
