Enoteca – – It’s a given, Michelin Star gazing is always a must no matter where I go and this trip to Barcelona was no exception.  Located in Hotel Arts, under the gastronomic direction of Chef Paco Pérez, the two star Michelin haven is a must when traveling to Barcelona.  This elegant, laid back contemporary gem not only gives you a sense of complete serenity – – it offers you a unique opportunity to experience outstanding cuisine, exceptional service and most importantly – – flawless execution from start to finish.  Our first experience brought us back for more and I must say the “Dream Team” were totally on their game during both dining experiences.
