Palm Beach to Paris…2025

One of my favorite and most compelling rituals happens on January 1st. The resolve that whatever you do on this day will set the course, or be the foundation for the remaining days of that year. Well without fail and right on time, my resolve was solidified, course and foundation set – – Palm Beach to Paris materialized.

Midnight celebrations on the island with an amazing live performance which set the mood, and an exquisite seated dinner done by the exceptionally talented Chef Gregory was the perfect beginning to what will be an exceptional 2025 . It’s always a pleasure to indulge in his cuisine – from the caviar to the fromage everything was perfect. Chef, you always manage to capture the moment and suspend it in time. We all appreciate and look forward to each year and every special event – – Thank You Chef!!!

And then there was brunch at The Breakers. Fourteen amazing individuals shared in a wonderful celebration of thanks and appreciation for our journeys.

I had the privilege of sitting next to one of the most beautiful, talented and inspirational souls – the one and only, Ms. Valerie Simpson. As part of the dynamic husband and wife team (Ashford & Simpson) they remain one of the most prolific songwriting teams who penned timeless lyrics that have become staples in many of our lives, and are the soundtracks and soul nurturing balm we need. I’m forever grateful to have lived enough to be in a space where genuine reverence reigned as opposed to stardom.
