Sunday Evening, May 26th

If you’ve dined at Grand Colbert and have not taking the time to unwind at Le Petit Colbert, you must treat yourself to a relaxing and carefree evening at this cozy brasseier.  I decided to exercise a little more control this evening as I only ordered one course.  How can one go wrong with canard???  Here’s the one dish that brought a smile to my face, pleased my palate and left me wanting to come back for more.
