I just returned from Europe and shall resume where I left off with respect to Silversea in April.  But before Silversea, I wanted to share a lovely lunch experience I had at Plume prior to Europe.  Now this is lunch done right – – Plume!!!!

Okay, I’m a huge fan of Chef Jakubiec but, this little incident proves it hands down.

First course – –  an island of diced avocado surrounded by gazpacho.  Second course – wild game hen with fresh vegetables and in walked President Bill Clinton.  I could not leave my game hen as it was amazing, hence the less than perfect photos.  If one does not leave their food for a President, trust me it’s damn good!!!!  Next time Mr. President, next time. Unless Chef Jakubiec is cooking.
