This wonderful find is the ideal sanctuary to unplug, unwind and truly connect or reconnect to sacred space.
Having the pleasure of spending six days in what I can best describe as a beautiful, intimate and serene villa, was the best thing I could hope for in returning to Tuscany!!!

Il Salviatino embodies all that is necessary when it comes to experiencing subtle and organic luxury with a personal touch, one that is family oriented and centered around reverence and generosity.
With 39 exquisite rooms, this 15th century Renaissance villa is a must for those who want to experience Florence in nature at a pace that truly allows you to escape, while enjoying all the benefits of 5 star accommodations. In this timeless and elegant environment, the entire Il Salviatino family are always at your service to be sure your stay is memorable.
A very special “THANK YOU” to Paul, as his breadth of knowledge when it comes to People, Places and Things with respect to Florence – – is exceptional, and we very much appreciated the experience!!! And yes Paul, we shall return so you can once again perform more miracles.

The arrival……#7

Finally made our way to the bar as Paul highly recommended meeting Francesca and indulging in her signature cocktail, the Italico. The appetizers and drinks were the perfect addition to the stunning sunset……..and this is just the beginning.

The Italico

This amazing backdrop to this incredible piece of paradise tucked in the hills of Florence right outside of Fiesole is a must.
Up next, the much anticipated and one of my most celebrated reasons I’m always in search of the next white tablecloth and corkscrew – – the gastronomic experience at Giacomo with Chef Rudy Saderi skillfully and masterfully wowing us.
