The two hour flight from Paris to Naples was uneventful which made for a wonderful start to our time in Anacapri. After arriving in Naples, we met our driver and was escorted to the car, then off to the marina for the speedboat to Capri. We met our captain, Diego, born and raised in Capri who was very helpful with giving us the inside scoop with respect to where to go and what to do while on the island. His willingness to guide us turned into a day at sea and being introduced to an incredible restaurant only accessible by boat, which will follow in a later post. I’m obsessed with taking a speedboat from Naples to Capri. It’s so relaxing and peaceful as you slowly leave the bay of Naples, then jetting over to Capri and slowly watching this beautiful island appear. Paradise awaits!!!!

And now, we are off to paradise – – Caesar Augustus. This place remains one of the most beautiful spots I’ve encountered and will always hold a special place in my heart and travels. If you haven’t made the opportunity to get to Caesar Augustus in Anacapri, you should. Time stands still at Caesar Augustus as you glimpse the eternal now. Hope you enjoy the next post of Caesar Augustus and get to know two amazing people that I had the opportunity to spend time with, and experience their passion for perfection and their heartfelt generosity – – Ms. Anna Madgwick and Francesco Signorini.
See you in Paradise………
