Hollywood, Florida to be exact – – where I passed Level I for the Court of Master Sommeliers.  The prep work for the exam was intense as it required a comprehensive understanding of wine regions around the world, covering not only varietals but history, wine laws, service, geography and deductive tasting.  I’m very proud to be a member of this profession and to be a member of the Guild of Sommeliers.
