Day 3 – Monday, 30th of May

I’ve entered the land of bubbly and the living is just fine.  Three reasons brought me to Champagne: 1) Les Crayeres, 2) L’Assiette Champenoise, and 3) Louis Roederer  and I must say they all turned out to be as inviting and life changing as I envisioned.  I can not recall the moment I found Les Crayeres but, I knew when I made my way to Champagne it would be home and that’s where it all began – – Les Crayeres.
