For over fifteen years SAGACIOUS PALATE has been all about “The Experience” – – pursued through the lens of authenticity and empathy.  Encountering and getting to know individuals who, out of curiosity, love and passion, make choices that expand their boundaries and create opportunities to connect and to share. 

In the following postings, I employ those lens of authenticity and empathy with the gift of time as a means of reflecting and sharing some of my most amazing experiences in the world of performing arts, fine wine, exceptional cuisine, ultra-luxury menswear and lifestyle, and flawless hospitality all while enjoying the most that elegance and opulence has to offer.  

I wish to raise your level of curiosity, and to spark a desire to visit the many people and places I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing which continue to expanded my boundaries.
