So today is the final stop before Nice and the airport. Having never set foot in Sete, France I was excited to see this small picturesque town, visit Mont St-Clari and to experience Château de l’Engarran, which can best be described as old world charm and elegant wine making.
This lone fisherman was the perfect introduction to the Sete as his calmness upon the calm waters spoke volumes of the life and energy felt while in Sete as do the following photos. This was the perfect ending to an incredible cruise as it captured my mood and inner being – – calmness.

Diane explaining the facade and history of Château de l’Engarran

This was by far one of my favorite wine excursions as Diane’s passion and sheer love of the family’s history and commitment to making exceptional wines to be enjoyed by all helped to create an atmosphere of inclusion. And yes a bottle or two made it back to the states.
