It doesn’t take much but, it has to be above and beyond.  Last evening these two very expressive wines were forever pleasing and exceptional.   Sparing the usual verbiage, I’m simply suggesting you find your own by allowing Laherte Frères’ 1er Cru La Pierre de Justice, NV start the evening and Chateau Quinault L’Enclos 2001 finish it.
